Cary Audiology Associates will file an insurance claim for most services rendered by our providers as long as we have a current copy of your insurance identification card.
Please help us by bringing your insurance card to each visit. We accept cash, checks and Mastercard and VISA for copayments, co-insurance, deductibles and any non-covered services.
Copayments are a requirement by your insurance plan and are to be paid at check-out following each visit.
