We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PHCS, United Healthcare, Secure Horizon, Wellpath/Coventry, Cigna, Humana, and Aetna.
Many insurance companies provide coverage for a hearing evaluation, and some even offer a benefit toward the purchase of hearing aids. Please be sure to check with your insurance provider prior to your visit to see if your policy covers the cost of a hearing evaluation and/or offers a benefit for hearing aids. Medicare requires a referral from your primary care physician for diagnostic hearing tests, which we ask you to obtain prior to your testing.
Payment for any non-covered services, deductibles, and copayments, is requested at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
We also accept payments through Wells Fargo, a convenient, monthly payment program. This plan is specifically designed to help you pay for healthcare expenses not covered by insurance, such as hearing aids. Please contact the office for more information.
